    All Assam Unemployed Association; was formed in the year 1989; with the aims and objectives of welfare for the educated unemployed youth of the state . Since its inception it has been taking every steps for well being of unemployed youth. Now-a-days,  unemployment problem has reached in such a position that it is not within the reach of  any govt. to solve it easily. Govt’s failure to provide job to each and every  unemployed youth has compelled the association to think about some schemes, that can prepare  an unemployed youth to be self dependent. Keeping in mind to achieve the objectives and to form NGO alongwith, AAUA had started some socio economic development works in the years 1999.

  On the 14th APRIL/1999.AAUA started membership fees collection drive, from among the members of its association  resulting in to the collection on Rs.925.00 collection drive followed after wards and the association managed to collect a big amount from the various sourced ; and that amount has been expended to the greater interest of proposed NGO . Association continued its efforts to formally formed an NGO; that started functioning from the 9th feb/2002.     

      On the 9th February, 2002 a general meeting was organized by All Assam Unemployed Association at the conference hall of EIPBI(press) , C.D.Road, North Lakhimpur at 3 p.m. which was attended some of the departmental heads of the district as well as by some public .

        The meeting was presided over by B.K.Buragohain , president of AAUA, C/C Md.S.Hazarika ,General Secretary , AAUA, C/C has had expressed the reasons of the meeting . He said that AAUA  has now thought of giving a new direction to its objectives by helping all the unemployed youth of the state by giving them proper training as well as other help to make them self dependent . The G.S. of AAUA requested the gathering specially the heads of the govt. departments to expressed their respected views on the subject proposed and sought their full co-operation . He also expressed that AAUA is going to form an NGO by the good advice of the gathering .

    The DVO,Asst.manager of  SBI, chief scintist, Assam research center, asked the gathering to be scincere and welcome the object of the meeting. They expressed their full co-operation to the newly born NGO, Md.Mahiuddin and Md.Bubujan ali also praised the attempt of AAUA, and also promised their full co-operation to the newly born NGO.

             Following activities were carried out of or the un employed youth of the district from last some  Computer training offered to 46Nos of educated youth of the district at a concessional rate at  GigaByte .com., K .B. .Road, Lakhimpur.

  1. Awareness  programme was conducted and local youth of Nowboicha area was encouraged to plant Nuni Tree for the development of silk industry.
  2. Establishment of Addarsha Bazer and gave it in a new look.
  3. Efforts are going on to make a market complex there at khelmati of Lakhimpur district along with the help of district administration.
  4. Efforts are going on to complete the unfinished work of K.B.Road market .
  5. Three agriculture workshop  were held at lakhimpur along with the help of dist. unemployed association.
  6. On 31.7.02 we had organished a free medical camp there at Rontijan where 239 person were treated and was given free medicine, Dr. Babul Kalita  and Nurse staff of Panigoan civil hospital  attended the same and rendered their services.
  7. On 3.8.02 a free medical camp was organized by our organization there at Amtola where 253 person s were treated and was given free medicine , Dr.Babul Kalita and Dr.S.K. Choudhary and Nurse staff of Panigoan civil hospital attended the camp and rendered their services.
  8. On 18.8.02 we had organized a free medical camp in there at Dhakuwakhana Sub-division where treated and was given free medicines. Dr B.C Das and nurse staff of Dhakuwakhana nurse staff attended the camp and rendered their services.
  9. On 24.8.02  a few medical camp was organized there at Kalakhawa(Nouboicha) where 277 person were created and was given free medicine, Dr Suren. Kr. Chaudhary, Dr. G.Goswami, Dr. A.L. Deuri and Nurse staff of Nowboicha civil hospital attended the camp and rendered their services.
  10. On 8.9.02, a free medical camp was organized there at Tinthengia (Bongalmara) where 704 person were treated and was given  free medicine. Dr. Parimal Das, Dr. Hemanta Dutta, Dr. Suren Kr. Choudhary and nurse staff of Nowboicha civil hospital have had  attended the camp and they rendered their services.
  11.        On19. 7. 03 a  free medical camp was organized  there at Pub phulbari (Nowboicha) where 281 person were treated and was given free medicine .Dr .G . Goswami and Dr. Kalapana Goswami and Nurse staff of Nowboicha  Civil Hospital  attended  the camp .
  12. On 5.8.03 a free medical camp was  organized  there at Bogolijan  where 389 persons were treated and was given free medicine .Dr. bhupen  Saikia  ,Dr Pradip Konwar  and Nurse staff of Lakhimpur  Civil hospital attended the camp  and they rendered their services .
  13. We organized Medical  camp at Ward no.9,under Lakhimpur Municipal Board on 3.11.03,solved the land problem of Madinatual Ulam Madras of Dha kuakhania gaon on 28.2.04, Medical camp at Balikata on 29.8.04& 8.1.05 we organized medical camp nthere at Aziz Boruah  L.P .School of Chapori Gaon .     Above all ,we are doing everything for the up liftment of downtrodden people at Lakhimpur District and at the same time processes have been taken  to do some thing for all round development of  entire people of the state .

             Under Section  18 of the constitution of the NGO , income generation various schemes  are explained  in details ,so we are in need  of  all assistance in form  of  Govt .aid , from public  specially from the various  deptt. of Govt . to execute our schemes  for the all round  development of entire unemployed youth  of the state.
